"So far we have not experienced much difference between the Leesa and our 15 year old Beauty Rest. We are still feeling side sleeper aches and pains in our hips. Hopefully, this will improve once we reach 30 days. As an engineer, I cannot imagine that the coils can be compressed that much without some damage or performance deterioration, just to cram it into a box vs buying the mattress the Old School way. It seems like shipping ease/cost and no brick and mortar store have trumped design common sense. The thought of possibly sending this back after 120 days is unpleasant."

"Gave it 7 weeks. Mattress gives me dead arm and shoulder and now one of my shoulders has a rotator cuff problem as well. Also, lower back pain started and has gotten progressively worse with this mattress. Have to return it. Not working at all."

Firmer than I thought but lovely

"This was definitely not as plush as my last mattress and based on reviews I thought it was going to be plush but it was definitely a lot firmer than I expected. Granted, my last mattress was quite old but I was disappointed at first and the first 30 days I didnt think I would keep it. But I wanted to keep it the full 90 days and see if anything improved and (with also including new pillows and a new sleeping mask) I do believe my sleep quality has improved greatly since last year. I would recommend, but I would advise people to test in store if possible before purchasing, as I really loved my other plush mattress and this is a tad bit firmer than I would have gotten initially. But I know in the long run a firmer mattress can be better for your back/recovery!"

Bed fine. Delivery not.

"So far, the mattress seems fine. I was not happy with the delays and delivery issues. Ordered Feb 16. No word as of Mar 9. I called customer support then. Given only 2 options on delivery dates - Mar 18 & 25. We could not do 18th. Delivered Mar 25. Drivers told only to drop off and pick up a mattress-nothing about the box spring. Took mattress but would not take box and frame. Mar 29 box & frame picked up. Way too drawn out for my liking."
