Are your products certified safe and healthy?

We’re proud to share that most of our mattresses are GreenGuard Gold and CertiPUR-US® Certified. For the most accurate details, please refer to the individual product page.

Here's what that means for you:

  • Made without formaldehyde
  • Made without ozone-depleting substances
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
  • Made without mercury, lead, or other heavy metals
  • Low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for better indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)
  • Screened for harmful chemicals, including flame retardants classified as carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive toxins

Additionally, we do not use fiberglass in our mattresses. Instead of chemical fire retardants, we achieve fire safety by using fire-resistant fabric quilted into the mattress panels or encasing our foam in high-quality, fire-retardant socks.

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?

We don’t charge shipping for orders placed within the contiguous United States. We’re unable to refund shipping charges for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Do I need a base to support my mattress?

A base or foundation isn’t required, but a support system for your mattress is highly recommended. The best option is to use a base or foundation to provide proper support and avoid sagging. No matter which support system you choose, it should have thick, wide slats that are no wider than 5.5 inches apart as that could cause sagging and could potentially void your warranty.

How does the mattress return process work?

If you decide to return your mattress we'll arrange for it to be removed by one of our removal partners. We do our best to donate mattresses to local charities or recycling partners so they aren't wasted, but depending on your area, they may be junked instead.

We are happy to arrange this pickup appointment with our partners in your area and we will cover any costs associated with the pickup or return process. Returns within trial are completely free to customers.

The timeline for returns varies by your location. Once we receive proof that your items have been removed, we'll issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

NOTE: Only two (2) mattresses may be returned per customer or household.

What is the break-in period?

Our Sleep Trial includes a required 30-day Break-In period for your mattress. Sleeping on a mattress that has been built to your sleeping needs and preferences is usually a new experience, so your body will need time to get used to a new sleep system. Just like a new pair of shoes, the materials in the mattress need to be physically broken in. It may feel stiffer than you’d expect in the first few weeks but will adjust as you sleep on it.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our mattresses ship within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Arizona production facility. However, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the specific model and size. For the most accurate details, please refer to the individual product page. Once an item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
