What We Do

How we help

You don't need more information. You need better information, directly from the people who make the mattresses, with guidance to sort through it.

01

Compare across brands

It can be tricky to do a 1-1 comparison across brands, who might name features differently or package them differently within their mattresses. We can help you compare directly between 6 brands, because we're the ones who made them.

02

Understand what's inside

We've spent over 30 years designing and manufacturing our mattresses, so when we explain what makes a mattress feel cool or last for years, we're not just guessing. It's our expertise.

03

See how others sleep

We're constantly conducting sleep research and have tens of millions of data points from real sleepers, so we can tell you what works, what doesn't, who slept best on which mattress, and why. We use that feedback to guide you towards the mattress most likely to work for you.

04

Get your recommendation

You have a unique body, a particular sleep style, and your own preferences, and we'll help you find the mattress that fits you.

How It Works

How we match you to your mattress

Finding the right mattress isn’t about picking what someone else says is best. We consider your unique body, sleep habits, and preferences to help you find the mattress that fits you.

Here’s what we look at:

Body type

Mattresses feel different under different bodies. We consider weight distribution and height when we think about support, firmness, and durability.

Sleep position

Side sleepers need support in different areas than back and stomach sleepers. If you toss and turn, that’s a factor, too.

Firmness

We won’t recommend a soft mattress if you know you sleep best on a firm one.

Pain

If you have aches and pains, we consider what’s causing it and where to ensure you get the right support and pressure relief.

Temperature

Some mattresses naturally circulate air, and some are designed to be extra cool. If you sleep hot or cool, we’ll take this into account.

Budget

Maybe you want the best of the best, maybe you want something more accessible. We’re honest about what you get at different price points.

Couples

If you share a bed with someone else, motion isolation and comfort for both of you factor into your recommendation (especially if you have different preferences).

Materials

All of our mattresses are fiberglass free and assembled in the USA, but if you have any particular preference (hybrid, all natural, or the latest in mattress tech), we’ve got you covered.

Customer feedback

We check our recommendations against what similar sleepers have told us, so it’s not just a best guess: it’s based on real data.
