A support system for your mattress is required. We recommend the Helix Foundation to provide correct support and avoid sagging over time. If you prefer to use something different, we recommend using a bunkie board with a box spring, or any support system with a firm, flat surface and thick slats no wider than 5.5 inches apart, which can cause sagging and void your warranty.

Stay away

"This has not helped my back issues at all, in fact, it is making them worse. I just returned from a trip and slept on much cheaper mattresses. My sciatica felt completely healed. Returned to this mattress for one night and my back problems returned. Super frustrated because they did me a “favor” by letting me upgrade from last mattress that didn’t work, and because it was a “favor” (I didn’t have good enough proof the mattress was damaging my back) I can’t return this. Stay away."

Love it, hope they last

"I purchased this firm mattress several months ago with the ergo liner support. Make sure to get their foundation if not for an RV as I found no others that met their warranty requirements. I've had 3 back surgeries and was waking up with lower back pain more often than not on my old mattress at home and my 2 RV memory foam mattresses. After sleeping on this mattress for over 3 months and not waking up with lower back pain I ordered 2 short queens today for our 2 RV's. It will be sooo nice to sleep on the same comfortable mattress whether I'm at home or in either one of our RV's. Just hope they last a long time. Love it!"
