"I thought all this was a hoax. But to my surprise, my bed was delivered in a box. Then I thought wow this bed can’t be any good because it came in a box. I was wrong twice. This bed is freaking awesome! I just have to sleep in a memory foam mattress while my wife slept on this brand new king-size bed that I bought. I couldn’t sleep on it. it was too tough but after getting this bed, I can now sleep in the same room and in the same bed with my wife for the first time I love this bed. It’s awesome! Unpacking was easy. We followed the instructions and played it in the front room to allow it to take shape…. I couldn’t wait to put it on the bed frame. No tools needed."

I wanted to like this, but…

"I really wanted to like this mattress, however, it has not broken in to be the comfortable product I experienced in the store. I have a new frame with only 3” between slats, and have spent extra time crawling around on it to hasten the process, but I still wake up with stiff joints in the morning and wondering if I just bought into the hype."

Midnight to Sunset bliss

"The Sunset is by far the best mattress I have an ever slept on. I had originally ordered a Midnight after reading reviews. I did not sleep well on the midnight and exchanged it for the Sunset. If you are a side sleeper this is your mattress. Not sure why they market the Midnight for a side sleeper. Exchange was smooth and Helix stands behind their product and the exchange process."

"I never had lower back pain in my life but now have constant problems after sleeping on this mattress for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and weigh less than 130 pounds and yet this mattress still didn't provide sufficient support. I switched to the Midnight Luxe but it's too early to say whether that will make a difference."
