Which cover option should I choose?

The Nolah Evolution comes standard with a quilted foam top layer and an organic cotton cover. For an additional cost, you can upgrade to the GlacioTex™ Pillow Top, which features an extra 1" of quilted foam and a cool-to-the-touch GlacioTex™ cover.

While both options provide contouring comfort and breathable protection for your mattress, the GlacioTex™ Pillow Top offers even more cushioning and active cooling from heat-dissipating fibers.

"The mattress itself is great, but shipping and packaging was a nightmare. Our box arrived completely damaged. FedEx kept putting it out for delivery and refusing to deliver because of the damage. Packaging seriously needs to be redesigned. Cardboard isn’t sustainable for shipping such a heavy item."

"Despite the company saying they make the beds to each order, I didn’t receive what I ordered. Luckily I noticed. The company did give me a small refund for keeping the bed but they said they would not honor the trial period if I took the refund. This makes me hesitant to order from them in the future as it seems like they don’t believe in their products. My wife likes the bed, but I have been waking up with shoulder and neck pain since we received the incorrect mattress. Probably should have returned it. Make sure you get what you ordered."

"We are enjoying this mattress. Our hips and necks are much less sore now (we are in our 70s). It's soft, but firm. My only complaint is that the sides sort of slope off and it's easy to start sliding down the edge of the bed. But aside from that, we are liking it a lot. It was a good purchase."

The mattress, which was vigorously

"The mattress, which was vigorously talked up to me by a representative, is MUCH softer than described. Even though I like the feeling of sinking in and am quite lightweight and petite and a side sleeper, this mattress (and it's the "firm") is too soft--so everything, and especially, tellingly, my abdominal muscles (working all night to keep me aligned) hurt all the next day. It's also needlessly thick, I believe. There's no way trying for 30 days will improve things. In fact, alas, it only retraumatizes me/my muscles for which I've had to get physical therapy as a result. Perhaps the hybrid trend is overplayed. Certainly, there's a problem or going to be with discarding all these synthetic-metal blends in the coming years, also."

"The mattresses were not comfortable and I asked to return for a refund. I am still trying to find someone to donate the mattresses to without success. I thought I would buy a new bed from a USA company but have been very disappointed in the customer service and response.
