No relief for short queens
"Purchased the short queen and it would have been helpful if there was a short option for the base. Currently the mattress and base do not line up. The mattress is incredibly comfortable but the setup is easily the squeakiest I've ever slept on"

Best Sleep and Amazing Support

Way too soft and loses structure quickly
"I bought a Helix Midnight Mattress about a year ago and it’s already lost its structure. The edge support is basically gone — sides and corners sag, and sitting on the edge makes it collapse. This doesn’t feel like normal wear, more like a build/material issue. Also, this is marketed as a “medium” mattress, but it’s nowhere close. It feels extremely soft — to the point where you sink in way more than expected. The firmness description feels pretty misleading. The warranty process has been worse. I submitted photos showing the problem, including corners/edges with no sheets or anything on the bed. They asked for more photos (frame, slats, tags, full surface) — I sent all of that. Then they kept asking for more photos. It just goes in circles and never actually moves forward. At this point I’ve sent everything they’ve asked for, and the claim is still stuck. Wouldn’t buy from Helix Sleep again."

Highly recommend
"Very pleased with this purchase. I didn't realize how poorly I slept until remedied by this mattress! If I awaken for whatever reason I have no difficulty getting back to sleep. But side dilemma-I very often tell myself "I'll just relax here for ten more minutes" and then, surprise!, it's two hours later. . . I consider this a happy problem and what alarm clocks were made for. Very cozy mattress. PS I'm primarily a side sleeper."

Great support
"Swap in of Helix took only a few minutes. It provides much better support than my old memory foam mattress. No more feeling like you're coming out of a hole. My back pain is greatly reduced. I just finished 12 weeks of spinal decompression. That probably reduced the pain. Hopefully the supportive mattress will keep it away."

An Upgrade
"I had a high quality mattress that wasn't too old, but, it was firm. With some recent health issues, I was having trouble sleeping. I tried the Helix Midnight and I'm sleeping better in all positions. It's just the right amount of 'plush' and 'firm' at the same time. Note; This mattress and others like it are very heavy and require 2 people to handle. Also, I have an old mattress to dispose of."

Knocked Me Out Cold
"Day it arrived I unpacked the mattress, laid down to see if it was right for me, and fell asleep with every light on, computer still running, work clothes still on, 2 hours early, before I even put sheets on, and promptly fell asleep like I got beat over the head with a bottle of sleep aids. So I'd say it worked about right for me. Would recommend."
