The Midnight mattress is great if you’re looking for a superior mattress at a great price, including deluxe foams for comfort and cooling options. But the Midnight Luxe offers the high quality of the Core mattress, PLUS enhanced lumbar support and more advanced cooling & support options.

Does this mattress require a box spring, foundation, or a particular base?

A support system for your mattress is required. It is recommended to use the Helix Foundation to provide correct support and avoid sagging over time. If you prefer to use something different, it is recommended to use a bunkie board with a box spring, or any support system with a firm, flat surface and thick slats no wider than 5.5 inches apart, which can cause sagging and void your warranty.

Does the Midnight mattress have any safety certifications?

The Midnight mattress, like every Helix mattress, is assembled in their Arizona facility, allowing Helix to ensure the highest quality every single time. Helix mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold Certified and made with CertiPUR-US certified foams, which guarantees they are made without any harmful chemicals including ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and have extremely low impact on indoor air quality.
