"I can't speak highly enough about this company. They were extraordinary in ensuring I landed on the right mattress setup for me and my wife. The Helix Midnight Luxe is fantastic. However, I will say - and this is pretty important - the Midnight Luxe did not seem to reach its actual softness until about the fourth month. Had I known this, I would not have (prematurely) gotten another mattress and a topper. But, again, the company was great."

Great beds, Outstanding customer service

"We started with the Midnight luxe because our previous bed was too hard and at 55+ my husband and I were having hip and shoulder pain (we are both side sleepers). After about a month into the trial, we decided the Midnight Luxe was still too hard and we contacted Helix. They sent us a topper to try and see if that would help and if not we could recontact them for options. After a couple of weeks with the topper, we decided we needed a new option. The customer service person at helix totally understood and agreed to send us an even softer bed-the Sunset Luxe, and it’s perfect!! Softer than we expected we would need but we wake up pain free and a restful night sleep!! I was very impressed with the level of service we received throughout."

Wish I had gotten it sooner

"The bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept on. I was torn between a Saava and Helix and I am glad I chose the Helix Midnight Luxe. I have had the mattress about 4 months and it has settled in nicely. I was skeptical as it came rolled up but it doesn't appear to affect the springs. Male, sleep alone, side/stomach sleeper, 5"9, 180"

Very comfortable, but heavy

"The mattress is indeed very comfortable, no complaints there. We bought it in hopes of no pressure point pain in our hips or shoulders, which we’ve both experienced before. Neither of us have any pain with the Helix which is great. The downside is how extremely heavy the mattress is. I actually have a hard time even tucking the sheets in at the foot of the bed because of the weight of the mattress. We will have to get some people to help if we ever want to rearrange the bedroom. Also, the price of the mattress set was high. We now have pain free sleeping, which is worth an awful lot. But I wonder if there are lower price options available that might work and aren’t as heavy."
