For years I have had back issues and pain from osteoarthritis, piraformis, and sciatica pain and part of the problem was our 10 yr old mattress that was much too soft, so I started looking for one that was recommended for these specific issues. "Since this item was not delivered on the time stated I had know one to put it together for and I needed a bed. I put together myself blindly. I first placed the top on the bottom and found it needed to be placed in the zipper part. Which way I did not know no instruction on pavement. For several days my body was a mass of pain. My body is still stiff. I didn’t write a review because I am consuming whether to try stand birch mattress since Bobby Parrish is so adamant about how good the Birch mattress is."

"I recently purchased Birch's Elite Natural Mattress after doing a lot of research. I had been sleeping on a Brooklyn Bedding latex mattress, and I loved the feeling of the latex, but wanted a slightly less firm, more luxurious feel. The Birch elite has two layers of organic latex, but it also has a very nice top level of thick organic wool and, most intriguingly, a layer of "micro" coils between the two latex layers, plus 8 inch coils on the bottom. MAN, is it comfortable. Still gives me the nice feel of the latex, but it's softened with the plush top and the micro coil layer. Essentially, it completely eliminates pressure points. Excellent for both back and side sleeping. I love it!"

Just want my 4,000 bed correct - not made wrong with the middle topper pad - it’s pieced and has bump/ lump all the way across the bed - I sent pics!

"It arrived with a damage topper - I sent photos to get just the topper replace with what I ordered a topper that does not have a big damaged area right in the middle - now they want to pick up the whole bed to replace and charge me $99 for their mistake!!!!! I have never dealt with a company who charges you for reporting a damaged pice - I thought this was supposed to be a great company Bobby Parrish praised but I guess he gets all his for free and doesn’t have to deal with you guys by email or AI - can’t even get a person to explain it’s your mistake not mine! I was going to order an extra topper and pillow but I can’t even get ahold of you guys to talk! Do dissaponted in my $4,000 bed that I thought was going to be amazing but instead is a big headache! It gives me back pain every night! I sure wish I had kept my old bed! Please have done one call me Order #BIR 105170"

"Delivery was a mess. Truck showed up at the wrong time, even though I confirmed it the day before. Crew had no concept of how to set it up, or what to do. And they broke the zipper in the process. Mattress is not well made and is not a full King in length. Eager to return it."
