If not instantly verified, ID.me will invite you to securely upload a document to prove your eligibility as a medical professional. They will then compare the information provided in the uploaded document(s) against the information entered in the verification form. To ensure a speedy and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).

NOTE: To be acceptable, your document must contain your full name, or a name and an initial (e.g. John Smith, J. Smith, and John S. are all acceptable), and show your occupational title. If the name on the document is different from the personal information in your ID.me account, please also attach documentation of your name change, like a marriage certificate.

You will receive an email from Member Support when your status as a Medical Provider has been verified.

This rarely happens. All health administrations are going to give you some kind of official document that we'll accept but, in the event you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. To reiterate the point, if you're currently employed as a medical professional, you should have access to a document we can verify.
