If you prefer to use something different, it is recommended to use a bunkie board with a box spring, or any support system with a firm, flat surface and thick slats no wider than 5.5 inches apart, which can cause sagging and void your warranty.

"I love this bed, I’ve had it about three months and have no complaints so far. Perfect firmness. I sleep in every conceivable position (side, back, stomach). Buying online without trying it was nerve racking, but it turned out great. They had accidentally sent me a sheet set instead of a mattress topper with my order, but they resolved it quickly and without any issues. Pretty happy so far."

"We are senior citizens who have switched from king mattress to two twin xl, to minimize movement shared. The Twilight with cooling topper is comfortable. Some nights better than others, but that might be our own fussy natures and needs. We for sure LOVE the customer service we have experienced! That being said, we are wondering about the mattress protectors we bought with the mattresses - they slip as we get in and out of bed. The cooling topper against the mattress protector is the culprit. Is there an insider tip to change this slipping? Thank you!"

"I bought this mattress because if was a sponsor of one of my favorite pod casts with Ashley Gavin, I am happy with it. I like a firm mattress it is slightly less firm then is idyl but after sleeping on it for a week we got used to it and have been sleeping well ever since. Delivery was good, it did have a slight "factory" smell, but much less then other mattresses and it dissipated after one night."

"Best mattress ever! Was concerned it was going to be too firm. Was deciding between this one and the midnight but so glad we went with the twilight because it’s still pretty soft but also the firmness we desired. Any softer would be too soft for us. Sleep on both back and side and this really is the best mattress we’ve ever had!"
