What cooling features are available in the Titan Elite?

The Titan Elite is constructed with several cooling features. First, the GlacioTex+ Cooling Cover sewn into the top layer of the mattress wicks away heat and keeps you at an ideal temperature all night long. What type of foundation works best for this mattress?

Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed to be used on foundations with solid support with minimal to no flex. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4" apart, wood or metal box foundations, and solid wood or metal platforms.

Are these mattresses flippable?

Most Brooklyn Bedding mattresses should be rotated every 6 to 8 months but never flipped (or inverted). Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed with comfort layers on top and support layers on bottom, including individually encased coils in hybrid models. Brooklyn Bedding also uses higher quality materials that last much longer than traditional mattresses. The exceptions to the “no flip” rule are the Plank Firm and Plank Firm Luxe mattresses by Brooklyn Bedding. These mattresses are designed with varying firmness levels on either side of the mattress and can be flipped to customize your sleep experience.

"As of right now I like the mattress. However when I physically spoke to customer service they did not explain the time frame needed to allow the mattress to expand. "As soon as it comes out of the shrink wrap it inflates" at no point in time dis it say for full inflation wait 48-72 hours. Therefore I was unable to allow that process and was only able. to. give it the minimum requirement."

Switched After 10 Years

"Upgraded from a Sleep Number bed we have had for 10 years due to surgeries and other issues. We have had the bed for two weeks and it gives so much more support and comfort compared to the Sleep Number bed we had. We paired it with a Nectar adjustable base and moved to a solid King from a Split King. I have had deep sleep for the first time in years."

"We upgraded from a purple mattress bc we only had it for a few years & there were giant divots where we slept. We figured it was from being heavy. We both lost weight & got this Titan. I’m still having terrible hip pain. Praying it’s just putting me back in alignment bc it’s hard as a rock."

Amazing mattress even better customer service

"When our bed arrived, fedex was not very gentle with it to say the least. I connected with customer support because I was not sure how to handle it, especially if it had damaged the mattress. The person we spoke to was AMAZING. She explained how they handle things like this, walked me through possible ways they handle things, and when it turned out that the fedex handling did cause a small rip in the decorative seam of the mattress she was all over it, giving me options upon options of how they will help me fix it. Even to the point of offering us an entirely new mattress if we wanted. I was floored with her customer service and how above and beyond they went for us. It is a great plus that the bed is comfy too! The edges are not as firm as i was expecting, but honestly no complaints from me. This won’t be the last mattress we get from these folks!"
