"This mattress topper has been a life saver!!! I was experiencing severe pain in my hips, shoulders and neck. Im a side sleeper, but often find myself on my stomach. I wasn't sure how firm or plush I needed, so I chose the dual topper. I started out on the softer side, my now prefer the firm. I love it because it gives me a choice, but more importantly, it has eliminated the hip, shoulders and neck pain. I wished I would have purchased it sooner, and will be replacing my mattress with a Helix in the future!"

Great besides overhang

"I love the helix mattress topper. My partner says it makes sleeping way easier and enjoyable on my otherwise firm mattress. The only issue we've run into is that the mattress topper hangs off the mattress around half inch on both sides. If one of us gets too close to the edge of the bed, it feels like were going to fall off because of the overhang. Also, prepare to get new sheets that are deeper than a normal set of sheets because they will not fit over the additional 3 inches the mattress topper will add onto your bed."

Growing on me

"Still getting used to it. Quite firm, but I needed to try a firmer mattress due to back issues with a prior mattress that wasn’t supportive enough. While this is supportive, sometimes I need to sleep on my side when my back still gets achy, and this does put more pressure on shoulders, hips. But between the two issues, since I roll in my sleep a lot, I’d rather have a mattress that’s firm but supportive!"
