When placing a new order, we have a few options for old mattress removal. Old mattress removal is included with our In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder, but we can also work out individual solutions in cases where you may not want setup and just need removal. 

 

In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder- Starting at $219

If White Glove services are added to your order, our delivery partners can collect your old mattress that is being replaced as part of your service visit.

 

What if I want removal without In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder?

If you’d like us to remove your old mattress but prefer to set up your new mattress yourself, we can help! Simply reach out to our customer support team by submitting a request through our Contact Us form or by chatting with a live agent during business hours.

We’ll be happy to arrange a removal-only service if you’re located in an eligible pickup area. Availability may vary by location, and a removal fee may apply.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, items that are stained, soiled, or have visible contamination may not be eligible for haul-away.

 

California Old Mattress Removal

For free old mattress removal in the state of California, you can opt in to this free service by clicking "Opt In" in the shipping confirmation email for your mattress. Please note that our pickup partners typically ask that items be left at the curb the night before your appointment to expedite removal services.
