The Mattress Shop 120 Night Sleep Trial
We know that it takes more than a quick touch and feel to know if our sleep products are the right one for your body. That’s why Mattress Shop offers a free trial period on our products. This allows you to experience the full benefits in the comfort of your home, ensuring you can adjust to their feel, support, and comfort. For this reason, we ask that you give our mattress a 30-night adjustment period.
- Bases and Bedding: Enjoy a 30-night trial period. If you’re not satisfied, you can initiate a return at any time.
- Mattresses: Enjoy a 120-night trial period. We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 nights from the date of delivery before initiating a return. Just like a new pair of shoes, the materials in a mattress need to be broken in, so it may feel different than you’d expect in the first few weeks but will adjust as you sleep on it. After 30 nights, if you're still not satisfied, you can initiate a return. Please note that only two mattress purchases per household or shipping/billing address are eligible for the 120-night trial return & refund.
